In view thereof, condition No.i of the order dated 26.11.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.15180 of 2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before Principal District and Sessions Judge, Asifabad, Komuram Bhim Asifabad District on or before 18.12.2025. The remaining conditions shall remain unaltered.
