N. Anitha, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep.By Its Principal Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 31814 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent.
It is the case of the petitioner that the 4th respondent has passed orders on 26.08.2015 in favour of the petitioner. As the same is not implemented, petitioner made representation dated 18.07.2016. Though the 4th respondent made an endorsement on 17.07.2016, no orders are assed on the representation of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.
In view of above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to take action for implementing the proceedings dated 26.08.2015 and 17.07.2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand disposed of.
