This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying compensation to the petitioners, in pursuance of the Award No.78/2012-13, dated 08.3.2013 passed by the third respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.a 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
