Learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned counsel for respondents states that the parties have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding/Settlement before the High Court Legal Services Committee constituted under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and that an Award dt.11-02-2017 has been passed therein and pray that the Writ Petition be disposed of in terms of the said Award.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Award dt.11-02-2017 made by the High Court Legal Services Committee pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding/ Settlement entered into by the parties. No costs. 3.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
