Since the status report placed by the Registry shows that the main H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2013 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District, filed by the respondent herein, itself was disposed of on 20.10.2016, the present petition, which was filed earlier thereto i.e., on 09.04.2014, would become infructuous.

Hence, the transfer CMP is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
