Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) for the 1st respondent and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 2 to 4.
The petitioner contends that he had applied on 31.12.2015 vide Application No.3000023492 for regularization of his plot in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, but Respondents 2 to 4 are not taking any action thereon. Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 2 to 4 submits that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's Application, referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's Application referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
