O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was with regard to the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities in relation to Crime No.41 of 2014 on the file of Begumpet Police Station, Medak District. Written instructions dated 06.02.2016 were furnished by the SubInspector of Police, Begumpet Police Station, Medak District, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein it is stated that Crime No.41 of 2014 was registered under Sections 447, 427 and 434 IPC upon the complaint made by one Md. Dhasthagiri. However, after due investigation, the police authorities found no case established for proceeding further and accordingly filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gajwel, referring the case for 'lack of evidence'. Notice of the said final report was also given to the complainant.

In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance canvassed as regards the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities stands settled. In the event the complainant is not satisfied with the final conclusion arrived at by the police authorities, it is for him to take recourse to appropriate measures in accordance with law.
