HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.215 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.S.No.7 of 2014 from the file of II Additional District Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet, and transfer the same to Additional District Judge, Miryalguda, Nalgonda District.

2. Other side reported no objection.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of petition, O.S.No.7 of 2014 is withdrawn from II Additional District Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet, and transferred to Additional District Judge, Miryalguda, Nalgonda District, for disposal in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the transfer C.M.P. is ordered.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
