THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.37565 of 2015 ORDER: (per SK,J) Sri Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner already approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, by way of S.A.No.46 of 2016 raising all her grievances and that this writ petition may be closed leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue her remedies before the said Tribunal.

The writ petition is accordingly closed with the liberty aforestated. It is made clear that all issues are left open and that the Tribunal shall proceed to adjudicate the matter on merits and in accordance with law uninfluenced by the closure of this writ petition.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
