THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.10338 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not evaluating the petitioner's thesis dated 27.12.2011 and 07.6.2012 and not conducting viva voce as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith take steps to complete the evaluation exercise of the petitioner's thesis dated 27.12.2011 and 07.6.2012 and conduct a viva voce immediately thereafter in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
