Sri Nazir Ahmed Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the matter has become infructuous as the police authorities concerned have registered Crime No.232 of 2015 and also Crime No.387 of 2015 on the file of Shahinayathgunj Police Station under Sections 448 and 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC and taken up the investigation. It is also stated that the keys were handed over to the writ petitioner.
