HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33655 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

" seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not deleting the subject land admeasuring Ac.2.20 gts., in Sy.No.182/ U1 and Ac.2.20 gts., in Sy.No.182/ U2 situated at Angadikistapur Village, Markook Mandal, Siddipet District, from Section 22-A of the Registration Act and granting No objection Certificate in the name of P.Satyanarayana, 1st petitioner, considering the reports of the respondents and vide Lr.No.B/ 985/ 2017, dated 13.02.2018 and vide Lr.No.B/ 869/ 2017, dated .11.2017 respectively and as well as the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not mutating the name of Y.V.Jyothi, W/ o. Siva Prasad-2nd petitioner in the concerned revenue records in respect of the said land as biased and illegal."

2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that on 13.02.2018, the Revenue Divisional Officer, submitted his report to the District Collector and that the proceedings are now pending before the District Collector, Siddipet, to decide as to whether no objection certificate is to be issued or not. It is also brought to the notice of the Court that on 03.04.2017 a representation came to be made seeking issuance of no-objection certificate, pursuant to which a

report was called for and submitted by the Revenue Divisional Officer.

3) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 03.04.2017, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
