The case of the petitioners is that they made applications through mee-seva for regularization of the subject lands. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3. 3. In the similar circumstances, this Court granted interim orders in W.P.M.P.No.2881 of in W.P.No.2269 of 2016.

4. As the applications of the petitioners for regularization of their lands are pending with the respondents, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. Till then, there shall be stay of demolition.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
