It is reported by the learned counsel for the appellant that the matter was settled between the parties outside the Court and he may be permitted to withdraw the second appeal.

Further, the learned counsel for the appellant has also endorsed on the docket that he intends to withdraw the Second Appeal in view of the compromise between the parties.

In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
