THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1175 of 2015 O R D E R:

When the matter is called, the written instructions furnished by the Special Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition, Ranga Reddy District, Markapur have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition. In the last paragraph of the said instructions, it is stated that as per the orders of this Court an amount of Rs.23,98,875/- in the shape of a cheque bearing No.151147, dated 09.12.2015, has been deposited vide CFR No. 75 on 07.01.2015 in Senior Civil Judge's Court, Markapur.

2. In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
