This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioner/ judgment debtor No.5, assailing the order, dated 30.12.2013, of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati, passed in E.P.No.133 of 2013 in O.S.No.419 of 2003.

I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner/ 5th judgment debtor, and of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent/ decree-holder. I have perused the material record. 3 .

By the order impugned in this Revision Petition, the Court below, while overruling the objections of the petitioner/ 5th judgment debtor, allowed the EP and ordered attachment of the salary of the petitioner/ 5th judgment debtor and directed that a sum of Rs.3,075/ - per month be deducted from the salary of the 5th judgment debtor for a period of 24 months commencing from the pay bill of January, 2013 and accordingly issued attachment warrant to the garnishee of the 5th judgment debtor on payment of batta. Assailing the said order, the present Revision Petition is filed by the 5th judgment debtor.

As no stay orders were granted in this CRP and as the period of 24 months for which the attachment was directed to be in force is elapsed and as the cause in the Revision Petition does not

MSRM, J CRP No.525 of 2014 survive for adjudication, there is no need to keep this CRP pending any longer on the file of this Court.
