THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.17379 OF 2015 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 3 in interfering with petitioners personal life and liberty at the instance of the respondent No. 4 as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power and violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to petitioners under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No, 3 not to interfere with petitioners personal life and liberty". During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 placed on record the written instructions dated 23.06.

2015 issued by the Inspector of Police, Rajapet Police Station, Nalgonda District. The same is made part of the record. From the perusal of the said instructions, it is revealed that no complaint of whatsoever is received or any crime is registered against the petitioners on the file of Rajapet Police Station. It is specifically denied that at the instance of the 4th respondent, the respondent-police are interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioners. In fact, the respondentspolice never seen either the petitioner or the 4th respondent. It is also mentioned in the instructions that as a precautionary measure, to prevent the police from taking any action in the event of 4th respondent files a complaint, the present writ petition is filed.

Taking the said statement into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 29th NOVEMBER 2018.
