This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 08.3.2013, in WPMP.No.10636 of 2011 in Writ Petition No.8560 of 2011.

A perusal of the above-mentioned order shows that the same was passed on 08.3.2013. This Contempt Case is filed more than two years 3 months after the said order was passed. As the limitation for filing the Contempt Case being one year, this Contempt Case is barred by limitation.
