ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the order dated 12.03.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.760 of 2015 in Cr.No.19 of 2013 by the IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chittoor.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submitted that the case was referred as 'civil in nature' as per the proceedings of SDPO, Chittoor vide proceedings C.No.235/SDPO(C)/RC/2015 dated 30.07.2015 and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
