Karne Uma v. The Government Of Andhra Pradesh Rep. By Its Principal
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.21139 OF 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner complains inaction in considering and disposing of representation dated 20.04.2015, as illegal, arbitrary and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on respondents.
This Court through even date dismissed writ petition No.6974 of 2014. The request of petitioner is to look into the issue of assignment of house-site pattas in favour of similarly situated persons, identify respective plots and hand over possession to them. The issue, it appears, is pending for quite some time. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:
The petitioner is given liberty to resubmit the representation to respondents 3 and 4 along with copy of this order within four weeks from today. Respondents 3 and 4 are directed to enquire into the grievance and take necessary steps as are warranted having regard to Award proceedings already passed in this behalf. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________ S.V.BHATT,J Date:07.07.2017 Stp
