ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order dated 1.4.2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was removed from service.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the removal order dated 1.4.2015. Reserving such liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
