This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order dated 26.04.2013 in I.A.No.109 of 2012 in R.C.No.53 of 2011 on the file of III Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad, whereby the application filed under Order I Rule 10 of CPC was dismissed. 2.

During the pendency of this revision, as there was no stay, R.C. itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 19.12.2013. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. 3.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
