HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33596 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 1st and 2nd respondents in failing to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, in respect of lands in Survey No.28/ 2, admeasuring Ac.3-90 cents and in Survey No.28/ 3, admeasuring Ac.3-18 cents, total extent Ac.7-08 cents of Kommadi Village, Viskahapatnam Rural Mandal and district, inspite of the application of the petitioner dated 05.08.2018, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner is required to make a suitable application in Form-6A through online, in which event the same will be considered in accordance with law.

5) Giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application as per Form-6A, the present writ petition is disposed of. In the event of such an application being made by the petitioner, the authorities shall deal with the same and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three

(03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the application. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 18.09.2018 DMG
