This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in NDPS SC No.106 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court for NDPS, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) read with Section 20(b)(i)(c) of NDPS Act.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner - accused No.1 was dismissed by this Court. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.1.
