O R D E R

(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This contempt case was instituted alleging disobedience to the order dated 09.04.2015 passed by this Court in W.A.No.291 of 2015. By the said order, the appropriate authority was directed to give a personal hearing to the appellant/writ petitioner and pass a speaking order within a time frame.

It is now stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though there was a lapse on the part of the authority in the first instance, a personal hearing was thereafter given to the petitioner and a fresh order was passed, which was subjected to challenge, and at present, the petitioner is running the restaurant and bar under the protection of the orders of this Court passed in that case.

In that view of the matter, no case is made out for exercise ofc contempt jurisdiction.
