When the matter had come up on 6.2.2017, none appeared for the petitioner, and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
