HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33583 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in trying to forcibly evict the residents of the 1st petitioner's Ashram including the present petitioners, situated at H.No.4/94, 109, Sri Krishna Mandiram, Chinna Podamala, Tadipatri, Ananthapuram, Andhra Pradesh, by using police force.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that except 160 inmates, all others have vacated the subject premises and that as of now situation is peaceful.

Learned Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that most of the inmates of the 1st petitioner's Aashram vacated the subject premises except few inmates; that as of now law and order situation in the said area is under control; and that the District Collector, Ananthapuram has issued an order vide Rc.No.C1/Spl/2018, dated 16.09.2018, constituting the three-men committee for detailed enquiry and submission of report.

Both the counsel states that recording the above, the writ petition can be disposed of.

In view of the same, recording the aforesaid submissions of both the counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
