Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents at the intervention of 3rd and 4th Respondents in not honouring the agreement dated 31-05-2016 for excavation and transportation of sand at Rampur Agraharam village, Mullakatta Gram Panchayat, Eturnagaram Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal, null and void and consequently direct the Respondents to continue the sand quarry operations through the Petitioner Society only as per the agreement dated 31-05-2016."

3. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that respondents 3 and 4 are not interfering with the work of excavation and transportation of sand undertaken by the petitioner in terms of the contract.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in

this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
