THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33665 of 2018 ORDER:

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the absence of vendor, the only method by which rectification can be given effect is by way of filing a suit for declaration of title and hence seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to avail the remedy available under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty, as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
