HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26746 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking production of four persons, namely Mandli Guruvaiah, Seelam Guruswamy, Baiswamy and Y.Anjaiah.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informs the Court that Crime No.76 of 2015 has been registered against detenues 1 and 3 and in connection therewith, they were arrested on 11.08.2015 and on the very same day, released on bail. Insofar as detenu No.2 is concerned, she submits that Crime No.69 of 2015 has been registered against him and in connection therewith, he was arrested on 22.08.2015 and released on bail on the same day. Insofar as detenu No.4 is concerned, she submits that Police have never arrested him since he is not wanted in any case. In view of the statements made on affidavit by the respondents, we do not find any reason to keep this Habeas Corpus Petition pending any further.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
