HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12546 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondent police in interfering with the lawful business activities of the petitioner.

This Court, while admitting the writ petition, on 27.04.2011, granted interim direction directing the respondents not to interfere with the lawful business activities of the petitioner without following due process of law. It was further directed therein that in case any crime is registered against the petitioner, it is open for the respondents to take necessary steps following the due process of law. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid interim order, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Recording the said submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
