This is a renew bail application on behalf of petitioner/A1. Earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 13.06.2017 with a direction to the 1st Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vishakapatnam, to dispose of the case on merits within five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Having regard to the said direction, I find no merit in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
