Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, a letter bearing Rc.No.Amenities/17022/4/2018, dated 01.11.2018, is placed on record by Sri P.V.Ramana, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the second respondent.

According to the above letter due to administrative reasons the subject tender has been cancelled. The said letter is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
