THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 9954 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.170 of 2018 pending on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 270 and 273 of Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.").

Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch dated 27.08.2018.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, this criminal petition also stands allowed in terms of the said order. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
