Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 27.10.2013 in Form 6-A prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of his land, and that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said application within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and take appropriate action, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said application within a period of eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and take appropriate action, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
