HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33687 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:

" to declare the action of the respondents in not issuing new pattadar pass books in respect of the petitioner's agricultural land, admeasuring Ac.5.00 each in Survey Nos. 502/ A and 503/ A situated in Mogilipallem Village, Thiramarpur Mandal, Karimnagar district, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to issue pattadar pass books in respect of the petitioner's agricultural land, admeasuring Ac.5.00 each in Survey Nos. 502/ A and 503/ A situated at Mogilipallem Village, Thimmarpur Mandal, Karimnagar district."

The learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that though the petitioner is in possession of the subject land, the respondents are not taking steps to change the entries in pattadar pass books in his name, in spite of his representation dated 20.08.2018.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if at least three months time is granted, the authorities will dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 4th respondent to deal with the representation filed by the petitioner on 20.08.2018, in accordance with law, and pass orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
