HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.11063 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by petitioner - accused No.10, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.367/15 of III Town Police Station (L&O), Rajahmundry, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 370, 370(A), 372, 373, 376(D) I.P.C. and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 & Sections 5 & 6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. The allegation against the petitioner is that he did flesh business of the victim girl at the behest of accused No.1. The petitioner was arrested on 20-09-2015 only. The petitioner is also having previous case of similar nature. Considering the same, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.10.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO, J.
