Mr.G.Jayaprakash Babu for petitioners and Mr.G.Elisha for the 1st respondent and Ms.Kiran Mayee for 2nd respondent fairly state that having regard to the order passed in CRP.No.4166 of 2018 and also the order of Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.5640 of 2018 and interim order granted by this Court on 07.11.2016, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for effective consideration by this Court.

The revision petitioners, if are aggrieved by any steps taken during the pendency of SOP No.1157 of 2016, seek liberty to assail these steps before the Apex body or in accordance with law.

With the above observation, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
