THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9924 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 2 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No. 1100 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class at Karimnagar registered for the offences punishable under Sections 270 and 273 of IPC.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor (T.S.) appearing for respondent No. 2 have agreed that the issues raised in this criminal petition have been extensively dealt with and adjudicated by this Court by its common order dated 27-08-2018 in Criminal Petition Nos. 3731 of 2018 and batch and that the said order would govern this case as well. 3.

In the light of the above, this criminal petition is disposed of in terms of the aforementioned common order of this Court with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order and the Registry is directed to annex a copy of the said common order to this order.
