VEERA REDDY presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, particularly the 3rd respondent in refusing to receive and register the sale deed in respect of plot Nos.1, 2, 3 out of 50 cents out of Ac.4-02 cents in Sy.No.

111/3 of Utukur Village, Chinthakommadinne Mandal, Kadapa District without any reason or basis even without furnishing the valuation as illegal, unjust, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Registration Act, 1908 and constitutional rights guaranteed under Article 14, 19, 21 and 300 A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to receive and register the sale deed of the petitioners in respect of plot Nos.1, 2, 3 out of 50 cents out of Ac.4-02 cents in Sy.No.111/3 of Utukur Village, Chinthakommadinne Mandal, Kadapa District; AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri L.J.
