The subject matter of the writ petition covers an extent of Ac.0.25 cts in Sy.No.743/ 1, Ac.0.08 cts in Sy.No.743/ 2, Ac.0.08 cents in Sy.No.743/ 3, Ac.0.58 cents in Sy.Nos.761/ 1, 761/ 2, 761/ 3 and 761/ 4, Ac.1.56 cents in Sy.No.764/ 1 and Ac.1.80 in Sy.Nos.56 and 59 of Peravali Village, Vemuru Mandal, Guntur District. The grievance of petitioner is that the respondents without recourse to law are affecting the title and possession of petitioner of subject matter of the writ petition. In other wards, the right and title of petitioner was disturbed without recourse to law. On 15-03-2012, this court protected the possession of petitioner as follows:- " Heard Sri N. Sri Hari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development for respondents 1 and 2.
The petitioner claims to be similarly situated as the petitioners in W.P.No.4071 of 2012 and W.P.No.17363 of 2011 in favour of whom appropriate interim directions were given. Any interference with private property without following the due process of law needs to be restrained, pending a decision on merits and, therefore, the respondents shall not interfere with the lands of the petitioner in question in S.Nos.743/ 1, 743/ 2, 743/ 3, 761/ 1, 761/ 2, 761/ 3, 761/ 4, 764/ 1, 56 and 59 of Peravali Village, Vemuru Mandal, Guntur District, without following the due process of law until further orders herein."
The respondents did not file counter or sent instructions in this behalf.
I am satisfied, after perusing the material available on record, the writ petition c an be disposed of by making the interim order as final order.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
