When the matter was taken up on 23.09.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 30.09.2016 with a direction to list under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel requested to adjourn the matter.

Since the matter is of the year 2010 and as it is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', I am not inclined to adjourn the matter any further. Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
