O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner was that no action had been taken by the police authorities upon the complaints dated 16.06.2014, 27.07.2015, 28.07.2015, 31.07.2015 and 04.09.2015 given by him and his wife.

Written instructions dated 19.11.2015 were furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Arundalpet Police Station, Guntur Urban District, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein it was stated that basing upon the complaints made by the petitioner and his wife, Crime No.315 of 2015 had been registered under Sections 448, 427, 323, 384, 385 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Arundalpet Police Station, Guntur. Investigation was stated to be in progress. In the light of the aforestated developments, the cause for the petitioner's grievance no longer survives.
