THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10125 of 2010 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st Respondent in interfering in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property bearing No.10-2-1, Kothapet Village, Peddapuram Mandal, East Godavari District and further interfering in the civil litigation is arbitrary, illegal and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the agricultural operations of the petitioner in the said land and pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice."

2. On 11.06.2010 this Court while admitting the writ petition passed the following interim order in W.P.M.P. No.13000 of 2010: "Pending further orders, respondent No.1 is restrained from interfering with the petitioner's possession of the property at the instance of respondents 2 to 4."
