Heard the counsel.

The revision is directed against the order dated 13.10.2016 in I.A.No.873 of 2016 in O.S. No.61 of 2012 in the Court of Principal District Judge, Kurnool.

Defendant in the suit is the revision petitioner. The revision petitioner has filed I.A. No.873 of 2016 under Rule 100(2) of Civil Rules of Practice and Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act read with Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code requesting the trial Court to take specimen signatures of revision petitioner in open Court for sending the same along with Exs.A1, A5, Vakalatnama, written statement etc. to handwriting expert. The I.A. was dismissed. Hence the revision.

The case of the revision petitioner is that the suit promissory notes are forged documents and to establish the same she intends to send the documents for expert's opinion.

After perusing the material available on record, this Court is of the view that the revision petitioner is not diligent in taking steps and the grounds urged in the revision are devoid of merit. The order under revision is confirmed. The revision fails and is dismissed. No order as to costs.
