THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12211 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 in Crime No.355 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Charminar (S/Z), Hyderabad.

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, the investigating officer submitted the charge sheet before the concerned Court on 04.09.2011. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
