2017-07-13S.V.Bhatt3 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22810 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ..... to declare the action of the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders on the stay application filed along with the revision seeking to set aside the orders passed by the 3rd respondent dt.19-5-2017 bearing D.Dis.A/ 5096/ 2016, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision as expeditiously as possible....."

The substantial grievance in the instant writ petition is that the 2nd respondent is not considering or passing orders on the interim application filed by the petitioner.

On instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the interim application filed by the petitioner would be considered and orders are passed within three weeks from today. The statement is placed on record.

The petitioner is given liberty to file the instant order before the 2nd respondent for consideration and disposal, as recorded by this Court.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 13-07-2017 Prv
