Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) on behalf of the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that though she has presented a document in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.0.16 cents covered by Survey No.323, situated at Khandavalli Village, Peravali Mandal, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh for registration, the 3rd respondent Sub-Registrar, Sajjapuram, Tanuku Mandal has not received the same.
The learned Government Pleader is fair enough to submit that the 5th respondent will receive the document submitted by the petitioner and if he is not inclined to register the said document, he will pass an order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 and communicate the same to the petitioner.
In view of the said submission, the 5th respondent is directed to receive the document presented by the petitioner and consider the same for registration. In case, the 5th respondent is not inclined to register it, he shall pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Act within four weeks from the date of submission of the document and communicate the same to the petitioner.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of with this order. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
