cc_269_2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful non-compliance with order dated 09-11-2015 in W.P.No. 23716 of 2015, whereby this Court directed the respondent council to consider the petitioner's application for stay pending appeal and communicate its decision within two weeks. 2.

Today, learned counsel, representing Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has submitted that vide proceedings in Lr.No. G1/1166/2015 dated 28-01-2016, respondent No. 3 in the Writ Petition passed an order informing the petitioner that in the meeting held on 18-01-2016, the respondent council rejected the petitioner's appeal. Sri Krishna Sumanth, learned counsel, representing Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, did not dispute the passing of the said order.

With the rejection of appeal by the respondent council, the order dated 09-11-2015 in W.P.No. 23716 of 2015 stood complied with. Hence, the contempt case is closed.
