Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that basing on the complaint filed by the petitioner on 30.08.2018, a case in Cr.No.216 of 2018 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 447 and 290 read with 34 IPC.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that despite injunction granted by the Civil Court, the unofficial respondents are interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the property.

In view of the same, leaving it open for the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Civil Court for redressal of his grievance, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
